These varied practices are all aimed towards retaining the ball when winning it back before recognising the next opportunity to launch an attack.

Attacking transitions are more than just attacking quickly.

Today, we have started to release our 'retain' collection. There will be twenty practices in this collection, and the first is now available. 

We will be releasing practices from our Beginners' Guide to Coaching, including simple practices for those starting their coaching journey.

We break down area sizes, progressions and simple instructions to help design and support the early stages of your coaching journey.
