All 20 practices in Attacking Transition: Retaining the Ball are now in one collection, and every Tactx subscriber has full access.

To put some more meat on the bones, we’re running a live class for each of the attacking transition collections, starting next week with Retaining. We’ll look at some of the best examples of teams keeping the ball after winning it back, and how to coach it with your own players.

Is retaining the ball when winning it back part of your game model?

Going for a quick counter attack can leave the rest of the team exposed and spread. Retaining the ball allows your team to get into an organised attacking state before you go.
