Good morning,
Another pattern practice has been added to the Michael Carrick collection.
There are now 33 practices available for subscribers, with around another 50 to come.
Five Michael Carrick in-possession pattern practices have now been added to the collection.
More are going up throughout the week based on in-possession work.
Available for all subscribers.
Wondering if there are plans to release training content related to periodization of a week of sessions in a 1 match week vs a 2 match week, and examples of what those practices would look like for each day (Players, pitch size, work:rest ratios, etc).
We have added three more defending practices to the Michael Carrick collection, bringing the total to 28.
All practices feature animations that explain the setup and rules.
All practices are available for subscribers.
